Established in 1931, Chalkwell has a fleet of 55 vehicles with a PVR of 21 for local services and uses Omnibus consultancy for roadside timetable publicity.
Under the new agreement, the operator will replace manual processes with OmniTIMES for compiling complex timetables, OmniBASE for producing accurate vehicle schedules, CrewPLAN for creating compliant driver duties and TransXChange tools for seamless data exchange.
Together, the solutions will provide Chalkwell with capabilities to grow patronage, maximise revenue, improve efficiency and accuracy, and deliver outstanding customer service.
