Optimise the rostering process

OmniROTA uses bus and crew schedules created in OmniBASE to produce accurate and efficient rotas in a fraction of the time taken when produced manually. With OmniROTA, users can generate multiple rotas, with full on-screen editing and full checking to produce balanced rotas to desired parameters. Typical checks include double cover, minimum break periods and duties without cover.

​This functionality offers two key advantages. Firstly, it provides a clear visualisation of how the weeks balance around the average you are working towards. Secondly, OmniROTA automatically facilitates swaps to attain a specified minimum paid value by balancing out the long weeks with the short weeks.

OmniROTA performs the calculation element, freeing up users to focus on assigning the right duties to the appropriate positions, optimising their time and effort.
