Optimising the contracted network

Our robust ETM Analysis software solution empowers Transport Authorities to optimise their contracted network by providing a transparent view of patronage and revenue performance across various metrics such as routes, days, trips, and times.

By capturing and analysing details of every passenger transaction across the contracted network, including ticket types and total passenger numbers, authorities can make data-driven decisions to enhance cost-effectiveness in managing their network.

By automating processes, we streamline the administrative process allowing for digital returns, saving time and reducing the risk of errors.

Each ticket transaction data is securely collected from the ticket machine and seamlessly integrated into the operator’s back-office system. This data is then automatically transferred to the operator’s Electronic Ticketing Machine (ETM) Analysis module without the need for manual intervention. Subsequently, the data for contracted services is submitted to the Local Transport Authority (LTA) by the operator, ensuring a smooth and efficient process of data management and reporting.

Get strategic insight into the patronage and revenue performance of your contracted network across routes, days, trips and times.

  • Get visibility on the volume of tickets issued, from concessionary fares to multi-operator tickets
  • Identify routes, trips and times of day with low patronage
  • Investigate customer complaints and identify patterns
